Can the Business Intelligence Studio generate something like Business Scorecard Builder can
I mean can it display KPIs in such structure or the KPI pane is only for viewing the results Or can I just generate an .aspx or else from the KPIs

You can create and maintain KPI:s in SSAS 2005 and export them to Business Scorecard Server.
If you only use SSAS 2005 for your KPI:s(and Connect from Excel 2007 och ProClarity Professional 6.2) and do not integrate them with Business Scorecard Server you cannot present them i hierarchies with weights.
All icons for performance and trends will be available. But they will be presented flat in these two clients. No hierarchy of KPI:s is available.
Scorecards are all about rolling up leaf level KPI:s to higher level KPI:s with different weights for base levels KPI:s
